We are based out of El Monte, CA and we serve the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Ventura.

We do have a $450 minimum of rental equipment to be considered for delivery. All orders are eligible for warehouse pick up, from the greater Los Angeles County Area.

Yes we require a 30% non-refundable deposit, to secure your event. The rest of the amount is due a week before the event, estimates are not confirmed on the calendar as an invoice until deposit is received.

We calculate our delivery & pick-up fees based on mileage drive time frame, starting from our warehouse in El Monte, CA.

Our deliveries are scheduled MON-FRI from 7:00AM -6:00PM.IN LA COUNTY, OC COUNTY AND VENTURA COUNTY.

Any delivery or pick up that fall outside these time frames will be subject to AFTER HOUR FEES. Drivers will wait for entry to load in load our up to 10 minutes. Customer will be CHARGED if the wait time is exceeded.

After signing your rental agreement, you have up to 2 weeks before your event to request any changes. Not all requests will be accommodated. There may be an additional CHARGE for any changes

We accept all major credit cards, check, zelle and cash payments. Our system does a 3% charge on all transactions, the fee can be avoided with other payments.

Yes, customers are held financially responsible for damaged or missing equipment. Customers will be held liable for any damaged that may occur due to the elements (i.e. Rain). Customers will be charged the retail value of the equipment.

A Deposit is required, for all glassware & dinnerware. All China, Flatware & Glassware, and any foodservice item must be rinsed & free of any food particles and repacked in the original packaging they were delivered in.
